1. Merchant identity

ShipListed is a trading name operated by P/E Viktor Elikbaev, I/N 316361771, with legal address at Georgia, Rustavi, Zhiuli Shartava Ave. 19, Entrance 1.

2. Service

ShipListed provides a one-time digital launch-distribution service for software products. The purchased package covers preparation and submission of the customer’s product to a defined set of relevant directories, launch platforms, and review sites, together with tracking of submission outcomes where available.

3. Customer information

You must provide accurate product information and confirm that you have the right to submit the product, brand assets, text, and links supplied to us. We may pause work when required information is missing or materially inaccurate.

4. Third-party platforms

Directories and launch platforms are independent third parties. We do not control their moderation, publication timing, ranking, backlink attributes, continued availability, or acceptance decisions. Purchase of ShipListed does not guarantee publication, traffic, search ranking, sales, or a specific number of backlinks.

5. Payment

The price shown at checkout is a one-time fee for the selected package. There is no recurring subscription unless a future recurring service is explicitly purchased separately.

6. Delivery

Delivery follows the Delivery Policy published on this website. External moderation can continue after our submission work has been completed.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

We may reject products that are unlawful, deceptive, infringe third-party rights, or are unsuitable for the directories and platforms we work with.
