Delivery Policy

ShipListed is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.

What is delivered

Your purchase covers launch-distribution work and tracking of submissions to third-party software directories, launch platforms, and review sites included in the selected package.

When work starts

We normally begin processing an order within two business days after successful payment and receipt of the information required to perform the service.

Typical timeframe

We aim to complete the submission work within 7–14 business days. Some third-party platforms review submissions on their own schedules, so a listing can remain pending after our submission work is complete.

Delivery method

The service is delivered electronically. Submission status and available live listing URLs are recorded digitally, and we may contact you by email when additional information is required.

Delivery fee

There is no physical shipping fee. The service price shown at checkout is the total service charge unless taxes or other mandatory charges are explicitly displayed during checkout.
