This policy explains the information ShipListed processes to provide the service.

Information we collect

P/E Viktor Elikbaev may process your email address, product URL, product information you submit, payment identifiers and payment status, launch-submission records, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Payments

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s checkout and are not stored by ShipListed. We store only the identifiers and status needed to associate a payment with an order.

How we use information

We use data to provide and support the purchased service, communicate about an order, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Third parties

To perform the service, product information may be submitted to relevant public directories and launch platforms. Infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf to host the application, database, and payments.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica to understand aggregate site usage and product-funnel events. We do not intentionally send product URLs, email addresses, or payment details as analytics event parameters.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. We use access controls and standard technical safeguards appropriate to the information processed.
